Wagoneer Wins Four Wheeler 2023 SUV of the Year
Since its initial release, the Grand Wagoneer and Wagoneer from Jeep have wowed consumers and Jeepers around the globe. Four Wheeler’s SUV of the Year competition is held annually to review all-new or significantly revised SUVs that will be available in the upcoming model year, and each entry is put through a number of rigorous testing to find its worth. This includes a 0-60 and quarter-mile acceleration times, and 60-0 braking distance; and on- and off-road evaluation in the mountains and deserts of Southern California. Off-road is a heavy hitter here, subjecting vehicles to sand, rocky trails, loose-surface trails, rutted backroads, loose dirt hill climbs, mud, snow, and ice – plus, night driving! Judges for the competition included the full MotorTrend Truck & Off-Road Group staff for naming the winner of this year’s competition.
