This was my second time at this dealership and what can I saw they really out did themselves with the service on my Scat. Lauren my advisor was on top of the whole situation and was a great communicator through out. I usually take my car to a local shop for oil changes etc but from now on this will be my go to service location for my car.

I took my my 2018 ram truck to fix the V44 recall that has to do with the tailgate latch. the truck was returned to me in less than an hour, never moved from the spot were I left it. they never opened the access cover to the latch. I did ask to call the technician and make sure he had done the repair. He replied that he inspected the mechanism , from outside.

Oil change was done and only filled below the maximum. Also, other fluids were not topped off like the do at Miami Lakes Automall. I was hoping for better service.
If you have a jeep or live near the aventura area, Julio and Mark will save you a headache with their genuine and professional experience in service. My Jeeps all were covered under warranty, over the years as they aged out Mark still made it manageable to maintain the fleet. Julio always knows how to strategically get you in and out when in his power. I’m genuinely grateful for those guys making the breakdowns breakthroughs. Never have an issue when Mark or Julio are on deck.

I had an issue with a steering dampener for my 2020 Gladiator, Steve, the service manager, recognized my issue right away and coordinated the replacement part which was on backorder. Once my part came in, the service team took great care of me, including Steve coming to pick me up with my vehicle when it was ready to go. Overall, the service was great, the staff terrific and a great customer experience with excellent above and beyond personal service.

Worst experience ever. I wanted to pay cash, but they wouldn't honor the advertised price unless I financed the vehicle. So I did and then paid it off before the first payment was due. They added LoJack, paint protector, and undercoating for an extra $1900 that could not be removed and was on top of the advertised price. My car has been at this dealership service department for over a month with service advisor providing poor customer service and 10% communication. I have been the one constantly calling trying to figure out what is happening with my car. They charged 2 diagnostic fees of $280 totaling almost $600.
