Ram Releases 2023 1500 Rebel Havoc Edition
Wow, Ram Truck is on a roll. It seems like the spring of 2023 is the season the automaker decided to get out its magic paintbrush and start releasing new appearance packages in special edition models. Earlier this week, we discussed the Special Lunar Editions for Rebel and TRX Trims Ram recently released. Able to increase power, comfort, and technology on the Ram 1500 Rebel, or refine the Ram 1500 TRX into a high class pickup truck, the Lunar Editions are something to look at. That clearly won’t be enough for the automaker, because Ram Truck just released the exclusive, new 2023 Ram 1500 Havoc Edition.

Again, this one will only be available in extremely limited quantities. You either get one, or you don’t. Either way, this is another chance for Ram Truck fans to get their hands on a Ram pickup truck with an exclusive, limited-run color offering. The 2023 Ram 1500 Havoc Edition offers a unique Baja Yellow exterior color, accented with black lines, before opening to an off-road focused interior cabin. Building off of the popularity of the Ram TRX Havoc Edition, we definitely see the resemblance. Built off of the Ram 1500 Rebel, the new Havoc Edition offers off-road truck enthusiasts an even wider selection of unique content to choose from to personalize their driving experience.
Straight from the factory, the Ram 1500 Rebel Havoc Edition already comes with a unique combination of technology, graphics, enhanced performance, and exterior appearance changes. The exterior, glowing in that exclusive Baja Yellow exterior paint color, features a Rebel graphic on the hood and in the truck bed, black badging on the bumper and grille, black side-view mirrors, and 18-inch gloss black wheels. Inside, the Havoc Edition upgrades driver comfort with an 8-way power adjustable driver’s seat, heated front seats, and a heated steering wheel. Some upgraded technology also comes with this special edition, a 12-inch touchscreen display with Uconnect 5, featuring Off-road Pages. Like Performance Pages on Dodge//SRT vehicles, consumers can configure various settings to improve off-road performance.
New on Ram 1500 Rebel for 2023, Selec-Speed Control is also included in the 1500 Revel Havoc Edition. Selec-Speed Control allows the truck to maintain consistent speed while traversing across variations in slope. This is achieved by applying engine torque and brake pressure to keep a consistent pace moving forward so that the driver can focus on steering the vehicle safely. Consumers can also opt-in for the available Rebel Level 2 equipment group to add Remote Start and a security alarm, a Parksense Front and Rear Park Assist with Reverse Stop, a heated steering wheel and heated front seats (already standard on the Ram 1500 Rebel Havoc Edition, and two-zone automatic temperature control. Consumers can also upgrade the powertrain to a 5.7-liter HEMI® eTorque V8 engine, able to generate up to 395 horsepower and 540 lb-ft of torque thanks to the additional 130 lb-ft of torque from the eTorque system at 0 RPM (up to 410 lb-ft of torque standard).
