Introducing the New 2018 Ram Hydro Blue Sport
Wow Ram trucks are really pulling out all the stops this year, or maybe it’s the other way around. Every roadblock has been smashed through as Ram continues to push forward. The automaker keeps dealing out new special edition trucks for just about everyone. The newest special edition model is a little shocking and it’s another bold and bright color. Take a look at the new 2018 Ram 1500 Hydro Blue Sport.
Back in the summer of 2017, Ram introduced its luxury 2018 Ram Limited Tungsten Edition for those looking for a pickup truck with a higher level of sophistication. This kind of class includes a truck segment-first Light Greystone suede headliner and ultra-premium “Natura Plus” Frost and Indigo-colored premium leather throughout the cabin, Indigo-colored carpet with rubber floormats and snap-out Frost and Indigo carpeted inserts, real wood interior components, and several luxury and comfort features in the interior. The Ram Limited Tungsten trim will be offered on the Ram 1500, and later the Ram 2500 and Ram 3500 single- and dual-rear-wheel; Crew Cab and Mega Cab (Heavy Duty); four-wheel drive and two-wheel drive; and short- and long-wheelbase models. The starting MSRP of the Ram 1500 Limited Tungsten Edition is set at $55,120 (plus destination fee).
Then came the 2018 Ram Harvest Edition, made for the agricultural workers of America to make the daily grind a little easier. Designed with 9 inches of ground clearance and standard on/off-road tires on all Ram 1500 Harvest Edition models, plus farm-life essentials such as black tubular side steps, a durable spray-in bedliner, fold-out bumper step, mud flaps, and rubber floor mats, there’s also some nifty tech. For keeping an eye on the weather during the seasons, Uconnect 4C comes with navigation, 4G WiFi, Apple CarPlay, and Google Android Auto standard, and offers up-to-the minute weather maps and forecasts customizable to any location the consumer is farming. The Harvest Edition will be available across the Ram 1500, 2500, and 3500 lineups, in all four-door Quad, Crew, and Mega Cab configurations, all box lengths, and all powertrains, including 5.7-liter Hemi V-8, 6.4-liter Hemi V-8, and 6.7-liter Cummins Turbo Diesel. The Ram 1500 Harvest Edition MSRP starts at $39,910 (plus destination fee); Heavy Duty models start at $46,235 (plus destination fee).
