2020 Jeep Gladiator Wins Official Winter Truck of New England
Ever hear of NEMPA, or otherwise known as the New England Motor Press Association? Yeah, they’re big news when it comes to the New England region of the U.S., including Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont. That may be why those of us in South Florida haven’t heard anything about them unless on the up-and-up about auto industry news and media. Still, appealing to some 14.5 million citizens on network and cable TV, on the Internet and radio, and in regional and national newspapers and magazines is a great way to get the word out, and word is 2020 Jeep® Gladiator has been named the Official Winter Truck of New England at the Annual New England Motor Press Association Winter Vehicle Driving Event.

The 2020 Jeep Gladiator was crowned just recently, having been eligible for the title for the first time and during its first year of availability since release. How did the members of NEMPA come to this conclusion? During the Winter Vehicle Driving Event, NEMPA members get a chance to drive and evaluate a wide variety of vehicles from various manufacturers in several categories. Must be a fun time to be on the judge’s panel, and journalists tallied up scores for each vehicle throughout New England until the official day of testing and scoring in February at NEMPA headquarters in Middleborough, Massachusetts. Engineered from the ground up to be the most off-road capable Jeep truck ever, it’s clear why the 2020 Jeep Gladiator won the Official Winter Truck of New England award.
