Whether a gearhead, muscle car enthusiast, or just a die-hard fan, this is your chance, my chance, everyone’s chance to become a part of the Brotherhood of Muscle as Chief Donut Maker. It’s not a fake position, nor is it just a fancy title. It’s a real job, starting with a $150,000 paycheck. Oh, yeah, there is going to be some competition for this one.

Dodge has never been one to stay in the shadows, always popping up with something that really blows apart the waters. Creating the first-of-its-kind position where just about anybody can apply, regardless of experience, whoever becomes Dodge chief donut maker will become an official Dodge ambassador. This means dressing in Dodge apparel, driving a Dodge SRT Hellcat (as a company car), meeting all kinds of celebrities at all the epic auto events where Dodge appears, and plenty of time to work on your own skills at the Radford Racing School. Is this a job, or more like a day spa for the average muscle car fanatic?
This one is going to hurt those of us who are shutter shy. To apply, you don’t need a fancy cover letter highlighting your greatest achievements. Instead, applicants must submit a short video that displays why they’re best suited for the role. A visual cover letter, basically, and anyone who calls themselves an “influencer” (barf), probably already knows how these things go. During the video, applicants need to demonstrate passion, charisma, and creativity. They need to make judges believe that they embody the spirit of the founding Dodge Brothers if they want to make the final list.
Yes, a final list. It’s not just applying with a cool video. The final ten will then really feel the heat when they’re thrown into all kinds of scenarios that will test their talents – maybe on the floor auto show skills – plus racing a Dodge horsepower heavyweight (with a professional driver on a closed track, of course). Then, like every reality TV show that has a list of finalists, we get to see nine people have a meltdown as they’re eliminated across a short TV series. That’s right, if you apply, millions of people will be watching your every move until the winner is chosen during the final episode.
