Need to Find a Parking Spot in Aventura? We’re Here to Help.
Parking in Aventura … ugh, don’t even get us started. Sometimes it can be very hard to find parking, especially if there is a big event. But, there are a few convenient places to park in Aventura that generally have a few spots available.
Parking garages are, imho, the smartest way to set up parking. Save the land by building up instead of building out. If you’re in the heart of Aventura, here’s a few garages to check out.
Park One of Florida
18181 NE 21st Ct., Aventura, FL 33160
South of the William Lehman Causeway and in the Admirals Port neighborhood, this garage is a little hidden away in the city. So if your event or attraction includes walking around, or stopping for a bite to eat, this is a great place to park.
Beach Front Parking, Inc.
18090 Collins Ave., Ste T19-20, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160
Just like it says, this garage is conveniently by the beach. Located a little southeast of Aventura and more so in Sunny Isles Beach territory, this garage is definitely a place to check out when going to the beach. Collins Avenue is filled with hotels, establishments, and private parking, and it can be hard to tell what is “legal.” If heading to the beach, this is a great spot for parking.
Key Parking Service
3500 Mystic Pointe Dr., Aventura, FL 33180
Those of you that take the William Lehman Causeway are probably familiar with this parking garage. It’s directly across from the causeway on a patch of land east of Founders Park. It might be a little tricky, and is a tad out of the way. Perhaps this is one of those garages to take an Uber from.
Parks in Aventura
Many parks are also in the Aventura area, some of which offer free parking. Events and programs often taken place at these main locations as well.
Don Soffer Exercise Trail
19999 W Country Club Rd., Aventura, FL 33180
Open 24/7/365, this park is free and open to the public. No admission is required, it’s a great place for exercise, dog walking, and has plenty of parking across the street.
3105 NE 190 St., Aventura, FL 33180
Also near the Causeway, Founders Park is a nice place to spend some time. When it comes to parking, you need to be aware of what part of the park you’re in. The northern section is free for residents, but has an admission charge for everyone else. The southern section (Founders Park Bayside) is free to the public. So be sure you look for the bayside if parking here is the plan.
On that note, two upcoming events are taking place here in March. A movie night will start at 6pm on March 4th, and on the 11th at 5pm begins the 2nd Annual Arts, Crafts, and All That Jazz Festival.
Community Recreation Center/Arthur I. Snyder Park
3375 NE 188 Street, Aventura, FL 33180
A little past the Atrium and right near the Aventura Arts and Cultural Center, this park is a nice gem near a lot of restaurants and places to eat. You might need to walk a couple of blocks, but after a good meal a little exercise helps with digestion, so why not? Plus, the Community Recreation Center is always hosting programs and youth events.
