Jeep Wins Best SUV Lineup During Newsweek 2022 Best Auto Awards
As the months go by, we get closer to the end of the year, and this is the time that many publications and organizations start to wrap up their reviews and data analysis to find the best-of-the-best. They’re not called “Best of” lists for nothing. Awards, accolades, and the lists are what every consumer looks for when in the market for a new vehicle, and trusted names like Kelley Blue Book, J.D. Power, and Newsweek are some top recommendations for finding the best vehicle on the market (for specific segments). Recently, Newsweek wrapped up its annual 2022 Autos Awards competition, and wouldn’t you know, the off-road brand Jeep won “Best SUV Lineup”. 2022 marks the second time that Jeep won the award, with the first accolade in 2021 with the Jeep Grand Cherokee L the talk of the town. This year, the major highlights are the Jeep Wagoneer models.

Matching the Grand Cherokee L, the 2022 Jeep Wagoneer offers seating for up to eight passengers and best-in-class towing capability. This earned the new model the Best Premium SUV award, the first entry for Jeep in the luxury car segment. The larger of the two, the 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer also pushes Jeep into the luxury category with its first-class passenger experience and advanced technology, and earned the Best Full-Size SUV awards. Together, these three models and their awards earned Jeep the title of “Best SUV Lineup” for the second consecutive year.
