Back in March 2021, Jeep finally revealed the long-awaited 2022 Jeep Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer models. A few months later, the website feature many consumers have been waiting for finally appeared – the configurator for picking out, customizing, and ordering one of these models. Said to be Jeep’s most luxurious SUV yet, consumers can expect quite the price, with starting MSRP of $59,995 (plus destination fee) for the 2022 Jeep Wagoneer, and $88,995 (plus destination fee) for the 2022 Grand Jeep Wagoneer. Split up into series, consumers can expect to spend as much as $110,000 for all the goods.

It’s a Series Model

Yes, starting with the Jeep Grand Wagoneer, the model has been split into four trim levels – Series I, Series II, Series III, and Series IV. The Jeep Wagoneer has three trim levels, Series I, Series II, and Series III. Both models are very similar, and we can expect that both models will come with similar if not the same features for each series. That being said, Series I for each has the above respective starting MSRPs.

Remember that the new style for the Grand Wagoneer is robust, outfitted with the signature seven slot grille and slim headlights making up the front fascia. With a pronounced lower jaw and LED lights that flash a “welcome” sequence at startup. Series I begins the grandeur through style with a gloss black painted roof. Inside, a two-spoke steering wheel is the standard setup with 10.3-inch digital gauge cluster on the Wagoneer, 12.3-inch screen on the Grand Wagoneer, plus a 12-inch touchscreen and Uconnect 5 – the Grand Wagoneer is supposed to come with an additional 10.3-inch touchscreen under that for cabin temperature control. Comfort comes in pairs with heated and ventilated seats, and to top it off, a 19-inch speaker system.

Series II takes all of this and throws 22-inch wheels onto the rims. Upgrading the interior further, leather seats with a massage function built into the seats, consumers may already think this is the height of luxury, but just wait. A digital rearview mirror has also been added to the Series II, and it all starts at $94,590 (plus destination fee).

Now Series III really starts to wear the “luxury” name, adding premium tinted glass, ventilated second-row seats, and a 10.25-inch passenger display. The starting MSRP for this kind of comfort is $99,590 (plus destination fee). Then, lastly, Series IV starts at $103,995 (plus destination fee). You want the height of luxury? We’re talking all the goodies above, plus quilted leather seats with a massaging function and a 23-speaker sound system. Wondering about the powertrain?

Regardless of the trim, every Grand Wagoneer is powered by a 6.4-liter V8 able to generate 471 horsepower and 455 lb-ft of torque. The somewhat smaller Jeep Wagoneer comes with a 5.7-liter V8 engine under the hood, capable of generating 392 horsepower and 404 lb-ft of torque. If looking for special paint jobs outside of the original set – Diamond Black, Bright White, Luxury White, Silver Zynith, Baltic Gray, Velvet Red, and River Rock Blue, and the Grand Wagoneer adds Midnight Sky Blue, Rocky Mountain Green, and Ember Red – additional costs will be added. Same goes for the interior colors.

Upgrade from 22-inch polished aluminum wheels to machined 22-inch aluminum wheels for $995 and any Jeep that needs to do some heavy lifting will require the $995 Heavy-Duty Trailer package. If looking for more entertainment options, a $1,995 Rear-Seat Entertainment package adds a 10.1-inch rear screen. With all upgrades and one of three special paint jobs: two-tone Baltic Grey Metallic /Black, two-tone Silver-Zynith/Black, Velvet Red /Black, or Diamond Black monotone for $595. If you’ve been following along, the starting MSRP goes past $111k. For the 2022 Jeep Wagoneer, Series II has a starting MSRP of $68,590 (plus destination fee) with rear-wheel drive (RWD) and $71,590 (plus destination fee) with four-wheel drive (4WD). The Series III also offers RWD and 4WD, starting at $73,590 (plus destination fee) and $76,590 (plus destination fee), respectively.

These prices are to be expected for the most luxurious Jeep to date. Find out how to get your own 2022 Jeep Wagoneer or 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer SUV by contacting us at Aventura Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram.
