Muscle car automaker Dodge may be moving forward with electrified vehicles, but it is dedicated to holding onto what gasoline models it can offer. We saw the fall of the Dodge Challenger with the “Last Call” special edition models of the Dodge Challenger and Dodge Charger, the “Last Call” for HEMI®-powered Dodge Challenger and Charger models, and then came the “Last Call” for V8 Dodge Durango models. Now, we’re on a run of “Last Call” special-edition Dodge Durango models. We got the Durango SRT 392 AlcHEMI, followed by the Durangp SRT Hellcat Silver Bullet and R/T R/T 20th Anniversary Special-edition models. Now, we’re getting the 2025 Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat Hammerhead.

“The new Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat Hammerhead continues the celebration of a potent combination: the legendary HEMI engine and the Dodge brand’s three-row performance SUV…Dodge is America’s performance brand, and we plan to continue to celebrate that legacy at every turn.” – Matt McAlear, Dodge brand CEO

This beauty is the most powerful SUV ever, able to generate 710 horsepower. The 2025 Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat Hammerhead is powered by the supercharged 6.2-liter HEMI Hellcat V8 engine, and all that power makes for a very fast SUV. Able to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 3.5 seconds, run a quarter-mile in an elapsed time of 11.5 seconds, and hitting a top speed of 180 mph, this HEMI Hellcat is currently at the top of the food chain. Offering seven available Drive modes – Auto, Sport, Track, Snow, Tow, Eco and Valet – this Durango has a personality for every kind of situation. A black six-piston Brembo brake system is there to handle with stopping power for all that muscle.

2025 Durango SRT Hellcat Hammerhead Features Special Edition Styling

A new special-edition model needs a new look. The Durango SRT Hellcat Hammerhead is limited when it comes to exterior styling, adding a Satin Black painted hood and bright exhaust tips. Inside the cabin of the Durango SUV changes things. Outfitted with Hammerhead Grey Laguna leather seats embroidered with a Sepia SRT Hellcat logo on the seatbacks matched with a leather and suede steering wheel with silver/sepia stitching. The dual silver/sepia accent stitching and light black chrome interior accents continue throughout the interior. Featuring a premium wrapped instrument panel and a suede headliner, the Durango SRT Hellcat Hammerhead offers a pretty classy cabin.

Tech-Loaded Cabin: Standard Features Include Navigation, Wireless Connectivity, and a Premium Sound System

All of that interior style can only be matched with the center console setup – namely the tech that comes with the Hammerhead. Inside the Durango SRT Hellcat Hammerhead, standard features, include a 10.1-inch touchscreen with navigation, capable of wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and wireless charging. Designed with a sunroof, the only thing that could make a road trip in this SUV is a 19-speaker Harman Kardon system with an 825-watt amplifier to really jam. Speaking of road trips, staring at nothing but the road for hours can be a little mesmerizing. With a suite of standard ADAS features including Blind-spot Monitoring with Trailer Detect, Forward Collision Warning with Active Braking, and Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop, consumers can be sure that the vehicle comes with advanced safety features to handle the load. This does not mean the driver can drive irresponsibly, and find a rest stop or motel to avoid drowsy driving.
