Ever since the Chrysler Pacifica minivan was released, the model has won many awards, nearly 200 in total. Known as the most-awarded minivan for seven years in a row, while the automaker has a one-model lineup, Chrysler is placing all of its focus on a new multimedia advertising campaign for the Pacifica. A series of ads, or an anthology, the campaign is titled “Thanking Our Parents“. As suggested, the campaign features the many types of parents out there that continue to inspire the design and features introduced to the Chrysler Pacifica over time, even an available all-wheel-drive (AWD) system.

“With more than 175 honors and industry accolades, the Chrysler Pacifica is America’s most awarded minivan for seven years running, and we owe this achievement to the many parents out there who have been the inspiration for us as a brand to create and deliver innovative designs, features and technology that provide our customers with the ultimate family vehicle…This campaign is our ‘thank you’ to the parents and drivers and to let them know that without them, we wouldn’t be the awarded minivan we are today.” – Chris Feuell, Chrysler brand CEO – Stellantis

Thus far, three ads have been broadcast and released on social media channels and online video. We’re not sure if more are to come, but the current list includes “Boy Mom,” “Empty Nesters,” and “Dog Mom.”

The “Boy Mom” ad highlights the mothers that have a big family, and all sons. If you were growing up in the 90s, think Malcolm in the Middle TV sitcom, and that’s what we’re talking about. It can be chaotic with all that testosterone, but while they’re still young (all boys in the ad portrayed as under 10), keeping them safe will always be priority #1. The “Boy Mom” ad highlights the safety features to keep all the little ones safe.

Empty Nesters” is for those parents who have raised their children and sent them off to college to finally get some “us” time in a long time. The term “Empty Nesters” comes from birds whose offspring have left the nest, but the term is applied to parents who raised children in a home and now the home feels empty without the other person or person(s). It also gives parents a chance to live differently and change things up a bit. The “Empty Nesters” ad highlights the hybrid option of the Pacifica, the Chrysler Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid, with its 520 miles of combined gas and electric driving range, and the many features it shares with the original Pacifica, like built-in rear seat entertainment.

Dog Mom”, is of course, about dog moms who want to keep their pets safe and comfortable when going for a drive. Designed with the original Stow ‘n’ Go reclining seats in the third row, making it easy to get dogs in the car, and storage bins in the second row for dog food, boys, whatever. Called the “tiny lady with a Big Dog,” the ad also reminds us of the available Pacifica Stow ‘n’ Vac vacuum that will come in handy for cleaning up all the hair.

It’s cute, and I think many of us can relate, wherever we are in life. If you’re starting a family, have a growing family, or just don’t want to leave the dog at home, the Chrysler Pacifica minivan is the best choice. Find your new Chrysler Pacifica at Aventura Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram.
