We All Have a Story. What’s Yours? #myjeepstory
Beginning today (April 7) Jeep owners and enthusiasts across the world are going to be submitting their unique stories to participate in Jeep’s social media campaign, #myjeepstory.
Jeep hopes their loyal fans will open up and share their personal stories about adventure, the outdoors and exploration — all characteristics of Jeep vehicles and their owners.
Not only is the campaign inspired by the Jeep commercials themed, “We Don’t Make Jeep, You Do,” which aired during the 50th Super Bowl, but it is also inspired by Jeep’s 75th anniversary.
Considering that the original Jeep was created as a military vehicle, Jeep’s 75th anniversary wouldn’t be complete without honoring and recognizing the military. So as a part of the campaign, Jeep will make a $1.4 million donation to their longtime partner, the USO.
How To Participate
Those interested in sharing a story can upload a personal video to the Jeep microsite, jeep.com/myjeepstory or upload a photo, text or video via Facebook, Twitter or Instagram with the hashtag #myjeepstory.
At the end of the year-long campaign, Jeep will have curated a selection of 75 videos to air during their various 75th anniversary celebrations. Additionally, each month Jeep will be hosting a special themed “Story Session” tied to key celebratory brand moments.
