For 2024, all Grand Wagoneer trims are powered by a Hurricane Twin Turbo 510 engine, capable of producing 510 horsepower and 500 lb-ft of torque. Only four trims make up the lineup: Grand Wagoneer, Grand Wagoneer Obsidian, Grand Wagoneer Series III, and Grand Wagoneer Series III Obsidian. Every trim also comes with an 8-speed automatic transmission.

Only sold with a 4×4 drivetrain, every Grand Wagoneer is made to be as capable of going off-road as regular Jeep models. With a crawl ratio of 48:1, 10-inches of ground clearance, and up to 24 inches of water fording, the capability is already pretty grand. The standard equipment consists of a Select-terrain system, Quadra-Lift Air Suspension, an electronic rear limited-slip differential. Various trims can also add a Quadra-Drive II 4×4 system with active low range.

The high point of luxury for Jeep, the 2024 Grand Wagoneer has a lot to offer, such as heated exterior mirrors with memory, supplemental turn signals, and auto adjust-n-reverse; an automatic-dimming driver mirror; automatic headlamps; LED tall lamps, CHMSL lamps, and 3-optic fog lamps; liftgate-door puddle-lamps; overhead cargo-area LED lighting; rain-sensitive windshield wipers; a rear window wiper; acoustic-laminated front door glass; an acoustic windshield and laminated front door glass; deep-tint sunscreen glass; laminated rear-glass; a roof rack; and power deployable running boards. Past the base trim, adjustable roof-rail crossbars are standard, and available as an add-on for the base. 20-inch wheels are the standard for the base trim, whereas the rest of the lineup comes equipped with 22-inch wheels (available for the base).
Interior Features
The luxury SUV, the 2024 Grand Wagoneer has leather as the standard upholstery – Palermo for the base and Obsidian trim, and quilter Palermo for the Series III trims (plus a back massage function). Standard features include a 20-way power adjustable seat with a 4-way front headrest, 4-way power lumbar support, and seat memory for the driver and front passenger (not for the front passenger on the base); heated front and second-row seats, ventilated front and rear seats (not for the front passenger on the base), a third-row 60/50 seat bench, a tri-pane panoramic sunroof, 4-zone automatic temperature control, ambient light color control, a 12.3-inch cluster display, and a heated and leather-wrapped steering wheel. A 40/20/40 power tilt/slide rear seat with manual recline is standard on the base, and available on the rest of the lineup.

The lineup standard tech setup is Uconnect 5 with navigation on a 12-inch touchscreen, supporting Apple CarPlay and Google Android Auto, integrated voice-commands, a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot, and Alexa built-in. Amazon Fire TV and 10.1-inch rear entertainment screens are available to add on all trims. A front passenger interactive display is standard on all trims past the base, but available to add to the base trim. A McIntosh MX950 entertainment system with 19 speakers is the standard for the Grand Wagoneer base trim, but the rest of the lineup comes with a McIntosh MX1375 sound system with 23 speakers.
Safety Features and Warranty
The 2024 Grand Wagoneer comes with all the standard basic safety features, including advanced multistage front airbag system with supplemental airbags all around the cabin, stability and traction control systems, an enhanced accident response system, Sentry Key® Theft-Deterrent System, and a LATCH-ready child seat anchor systems. Standard advanced safety features included a 360-degree surround-view camera, adaptive cruise-control with stop and go, blind-spot and rear cross-path detection, full-speed forward-collision warning-plus, a ParkSense automated parking system, and a ParkSense front and rear Park-Assist with Stop. An active driving assist system is standard for the Series III trims, available on the base and Obsidian trim. Available advanced safety features include drowsy driver detection, intersection collision-assist, traffic sign recognition, trailer-brake control, trailer-hitch zoom, and night vision for pedestrians and animals.
All Grand Wagoneer vehicles are covered by a 3-year or 36,000-mile basic warranty, a 5-year or 100,000-mile limited powertrain warranty, roadside assistance for five years or 100,000 miles, and rust-through coverage for five years or 100,000 miles.
