2024 Chrysler Pacifica
Chrysler may be down to one main model making up the lineup, but there are a lot of plans for a new battery-electric vehicles (BEVs) in the near future. Holding up the brand name, the Chrysler Pacifica returns to 2024 with few changes and the addition of the Road Tripper package. Check out the new 2024 Chrysler Pacifica.
Avail. Engine Type
Now with just four trims, the Touring, Touring L, Limited, and Pinnacle, the entire lineup is powered by a 3.6-liter V6 engine able to generate 287 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque. Offering a conservative fuel economy, the engine comes equipped with an Electric Start-Stop (ESS) system.
Driving and Handling
Set up with a nine-speed automatic transmission, there’s plenty of gears for all sorts of speeds and driving conditions. That does double for the offer of an all-wheel drive train (AWD) for the minivan. With the same powertrain across the lineup, every trim comes with a fuel economy of 19 mpg in the city and 28 mpg on the highway.
Lineup standards for the 2024 Chrysler Pacifica include heated exterior mirrors with supplemental turn signals, automatic LED headlamps with automatic high-beam control, front fog LED lamps, LED tail lamps, and an interior door handle LED lamp. Mopar add-ons are available for more off-road adventures, like splash guards. The Pacifica Touring and Touring L rides on 17-inch wheels, the Touring Limited comes with 18-inch wheels, and the Pinnacle is equipped with 20-inch wheels. Two new exterior paint jobs have been added: Red Hot and Baltic Gray.
Inside, the Touring comes with cloth upholstery, followed by leatherette on the Touring L, and then Nappa leather upholstery and bucket seats for the rest of the lineup. Standard on all trims is a third-row Stow ‘n Go bench, an 8-way power adjustable driver seat with 4-way lumbar support, and heated front seats. All but the Pinnacle trim comes with second and third-row Stow ‘n Go seats with easy-tilt. The 2024 Chrysler Limited and Pinnacle trims also offer an 8-way power-adjustable front passenger seat, driver-seat memory (also on the Touring L), heated second-row seats, and ventilated front seats. Past the base trim, consumers can also get a Pacifica minivan with a dual panoramic sunroof.
The 2024 Chrysler Pacifica offers two appearance packages and one utility package. The S Appearance is a blacked-out look for the minivan with a black finish for the wheels, black badges, an available black roof, gloss black trim around the grille, headlights, and window surround, plus an all-black interior cabin. The Premium S Appearance adds Nappa leather upholstery, an integrated premium center console with an inclusive wireless charging pad, auto-dimming rearview mirror, and hands-free power-sliding doors and liftgate. The Road Tripper package comes with a best-in-class towing capability of up to 3,600 pounds with the included Trailer Tow Group, a roof rack compatible with a range of Mopar carriers and Mopar all-weather floor mats, and of course includes the Uconnect 5 infotainment system with a 10.1-inch touchscreen as a standard. The Road Tripper also added a new paint color for 2024, Baltic Gray.
All trims come with Uconnect 5 on a 10.1-inch touchscreen as the standard. Past the base trim, navigation can be added or comes standard. All trims come with Apple CarPlay and Google Android Auto, steering wheel-mounted controls, and Bluetooth wireless technology. Past the base, consumers can also add a Blu-Ray/DVD player system, seatback video screens, wireless headphones, and integrated voice command. A six-speaker sound system is the standard, but the Limited comes with a 15 Alpine speaker system, and the Pinnacle comes equipped with a 19 Harman-Kardon speaker system with subwoofer.
